Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
We hope you enjoy your journey in furniture shopping with us. As with all online purchases, you agree that all photos used are for illustration purposes only and there may be variations in the actual product/s in terms of wood grain, marble streak, colour, and shine.
By placing an order with us, you agree to our terms and conditions below.
We are not liable for damages to the Items as a result of your own handling during self collection or after signing the delivery order form.
If you received your item in defective condition and have highlighted it to the team upon delivery, we will provide refurbishment for all minor defects. For major defects (broken wood, cracked glass etc) we are able to provide a one time replacement set. The replacement item may take 4-8 weeks for ready made items or 6-10 weeks for custom-made items.
For all returns to our warehouse, logistics and handling fees will be borne by you.
Urban Mood has full discretion to decide if an item is in a condition suitable for return, and reserves the right to reject a return if the item is deemed unfit.
As we work fast to ensure you receive your item as soon as possible, all orders are processed after 12 hours of your order placement or payment, and cancellations may only be made within the first 12 hours after payment is made. A full refund will be made to your account within 48 hours.
No return or cancellation is allowed for customized items (custom colours, fabric, sizing, or special instructions).
Production requires an estimated 6-10 weeks from payment, unless otherwise stated by our sales team.
Lead time is estimated but not guaranteed. It may vary or be affected by factors beyond our control, such as production delays, freight schedule changes, public holidays, or adverse weather.
Orders cannot be cancelled and deposits will not be refunded due to late lead times and/or delivery.
