The unique character of each wood slab means that uniformity, tone or colour throughout the wood surface cannot be guaranteed.

• Delivery and assembly fees will be calculated during checkout
• If stairwell access is required, a labour fee of $10/storey will apply
• One-to-one exchange for any product received in defective condition
