All solid wood items in our product range are natural materials and variation in colour, texture and grain is to be expected. Grains, cracks, and knots are natural occurrences and not defects. The unique character of each wood slab means that uniformity, tone or colour throughout the wood surface cannot be guaranteed.

• All items are estimated to arrive between 4-8 weeks
• Delivery and assembly fees will be calculated during checkout
• If stairwell access is required, a labour fee of $10/storey will apply
• One-to-one exchange for any product received in defective condition
• 6 months warranty for all products, and 1 year warranty for bed and wardrobe furniture
