Bought 6 pieces of POUNC which we love. We used for more than a mth but noted the adhesive pads for the legs kept coming off. Spoke to Urban Mood and they immediately suggested to order the screw on pads for us and had their team come in to fix it. Very impressed with excellent customer service even after sales was done. Was looking for walnut colour dining chairs and high stools for the kitchen island. Was pretty surprised to find them at a very fair price with Urban Mood. I have ordered items from them before and i know they deliver pretty good furnitures. Left the items with them for a further 2 months cos we were renovating. At the end, when it was delivered, it was better than expected. Extremely pleased!

The painting is beautiful and I have no regrets getting it. It really adds life to my house. The delivery takes a little long so do be prepared to wait for up to 1.5 months after ordering, but the end result is worth it! The installers are swift and efficient and everything was done to perfection.

For delivery they kept us posted regularly and proactively checked in to ensure they can deliver. Pleased with the bar table and stools. My photos don’t do them justice.
