PELAR Modern Boucle Lounge Chair

PELAR creates an inviting corner through its curved wraparound backrest, rounded cushioned seat and distinctive spherical feet. Boucle upholstery gives the surface a textured appearance, while a solid ash wood structure and high-resilience foam support the padded form. The compact outline makes this lounge chair a considered option for Singapore apartments where a separate reading seat must share space with the main living area. Place the armchair beside a low side table in an HDB living room, or position it near bedroom curtains to establish a quiet place for a morning coffee. Its curved shape works particularly well with Japandi, contemporary and playful minimalist interiors, offering a softer counterpoint to rectangular cabinets and straight sofa lines. Style the surrounding area with a small ceramic lamp, a low pile rug and a single framed print rather than numerous accessories. In a larger landed home, a pair of these seats can define a conversation area. Allow room around the spherical feet and the full upholstered body when deciding how closely to position nearby furniture.
